The World Financial Center is a large office and retail complex overlooking the Hudson river near Ground Zero. The best wifi signal can be found in the cavernous Winter Garden (with the palm trees) either on the main floor or up in the balcony where there are additional tables and chairs.

The service has undergone a major upgrade recently with a big jump in bandwidth and signal strength. No power outlets.
