Take the elevator up to the 4th floor, turn right. There you will find a large open plan area for internet services. Along the back wall are long bench tables with power outlets at regular intervals and seating for about 16. This area gets filled up quickly. If there are no spaces available there are an additional four large tables with seating for about 24, but no power outlets. Noise level is very low and cell phone use is prohibited.

If it's too crowded on the 4th floor there is also a usable signal on the 3rd and 2nd floors. The 2nd floor also has a small dedicated laptop section with power outlets (on the right as you exit the elevator).
